Two American Senators, Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Judd Gregg (R-NH), have introduced the Bipartisan Tax Fairness and Simplification Act 2010, which includes provisions to legalize and regulate internet gambling (click here for some perspective on this bill’s chances for success). Through this scheme, the senators hopes to reap a reported $42B in taxes over the coming decade.
