The Story

Odyssey Europe is expanding its presence in Europe as it is set to take over the Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) wholly through an all-cash offer amounting to €288m.

 

OEG said that the sale was only fair.

OEG Chairman Armin Karu is confident that his company will be in good hands with Odyssey, saying that it “has significant experience in investing in companies and helping them expand both geographically and digitally.” OEG operates land-based and online casinos in Eastern Europe, with reported revenue of €215m in 2017.
