Once the Act becomes official and the Ministry of Justice and Security finishes ironing out the details of online gambling regulations, they will start accepting online license applications. These developments will set back the actual launch of Dutch-licensed online gambling operators to January 1, 2021. For now, the KSA has urged operators to fill out a form stating their intention to apply for a new online license.
