In a statement, the company confirmed the resignations of the two directors who were suspected of committing crimes connected with the ongoing probe into alleged insider trading by Anders Holmgren, Cherry AB’s former CEO. Holmgren has been accused of buying a significant number of the company's shares prior to the release of a favorable Q1 earnings report. The resignations have soured what could have been a sweet report of Cherry AB’s profit growth during the first six months of the year. |
