Odobo signs distribution deal with Gala Coral; launches Jannio’s first Sport Shotz game

Odobo signs distribution deal with Gala Coral; launches Jannio’s first Sport Shotz gamePlatform provider Odobo has announced two new distribution deals with Gala Coral Interactive, bringing Gala Bingo and Gala Casino brands into the Odobo Marketplace.

The distribution deal gives both brands access to 50 gaming titles. Developers also benefit from exposure for every title they produce via the Odobo Developer Program.

Founder and CEO of Odobo Ashley Lang said that Gala Coral Interactive’s brands are a great addition to the network of Odobo casino and bingo partners, as both brands have a significant land-based and online presence that instills trust with the consumer.

“The addition of Gala Casino and Gala Bingo to the Odobo Play app will benefit all parties with two more excellent real-money choices being made available to UK players for their favourite games. We look forward to a strong partnership and thank them for choosing us,” Lang added.

“The HTML5 content available via Odobo supports our rapidly growing broad gaming mobile player base and existing desktop community for both of the Gala brands,” said Gaming Director at Gala Coral Interactive Mark Kemp.

Odobo also entered an exclusive agreement with London-based development studio Jannio, which has released its six Sport Shotz games in HTML5 exclusively via the Odobo Marketplace.

The Sport Shotz suite of games offers a new format, combining popular in-play sports betting with a dice game format. The first title to be released is Sport Shotz Tennis, which is already live with Betfair, and the other five games are expected to be rolled out soon.

“Jannio has created a completely new game format that is typical of the innovation we look for in developers that join the Odobo Developer Program. We’re proud to be offering this suite of games exclusively via our Marketplace,” Odobo’s Partner Success Manager Glen Bullen.

Jannio’s Neil Greenwold said that his firm chose to work with Odobo to take advantage of their experience working with HTML5 developers.
