Playtech’s decision to go crying to teacher has had the desired effect as the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement has ruled that PartyGaming’s landmark B2B deal with Danske Spil “must be annulled.” The Complaints Board upheld Playtech’s view that the tender process was not properly adhered to, leaving PartyGaming muttering something about “a technical blip” under its breath as it wandered over to stand in the corner facing the wall.
