When it comes to gambling, strong decision-making hasn’t exactly been their strong point over in Iowa. First they tried to kick dog racing into touch and then changed their minds, then they dillied and dallied over proposals for four new casinos, while the online gaming debate barely got off the ground. Now they can’t even decide whether to award the state lottery to Scientific Games, GTECH Corp or Intralot Inc so are having to start all over again.
