The final whistle of the league season is still a week away and already World Cup talk is rife at Calvin Ayre Towers. The tournament begins in 40 days and 40 nights and like Josh Hartnett in the film of the same name, by the time 11 June comes around we will be absolutely gagging for some girlmouth goalmouth action. Unfortunately Shannyn Sossamon will be nowhere to be seen but Steven Pienaar, Rafael Marquez, Thierry Henry and Diego Forlan will and while they’re not as hot as the lovely Sossamon, they might be able to put a smile on your face on the opening day.
