As reported last week, the watchword for 2010 will be consolidation, and Playtech is leading the way big style, striking its third major deal in as many months with the purchase of Virtue Fusion, the bingo supplier, for £29 million. The move follows hot on the heels of the acquisition of GTS in December and its joint-venture with US lottery giant Scientific Games last month.
