The sixth annual Global iGaming Summit & Expo (GiGse) returns to San Francisco on April 27-29, 2016. And this year, it’s gonna be all about technology and millennials.
GiGse, touted as the forefront of the North American iGaming sector for the last six years, will welcome a number of new initiatives in 2016, including a fresh focus on technology innovation and the latest gaming channels including DFS and e-sports.
Millennials will also be a major theme. New this year, running alongside GiGse is the Millennial Summit, the one and a half days of sessions dedicated to Millennials and their gambling preferences. The Millennial conference will focus on the future of innovative skill-based gaming, experience out of industry strategy for engaging with Millennials through multiple touch-points and how to create a sensory environment that captivates them and their leisure spend.
“There is a huge buzz around Millennials at present, and this is a great opportunity to come together to talk about what makes them tick and what impact they can have as part of the gaming sector,” said Sadie Walters, Senior Events Producer at Clarion.
“2016 will see GiGse capitalize on the dynamic between the technology heartland of San Francisco and some exciting new content to target an important peripheral, digitally led audience, as well as our very loyal following.”
Tired of your suit and tie? GiGse will also have a dress down policy, creating a more casual atmosphere and there will also be a “Top 10 under 30,” which will focus on the iGaming sector’s best young talent.
GiGse, organized by Clarion events, will again welcome more than 700 of the biggest names in the North American gaming industry, from chief executives to marketing experts, sales directors to game designers— the perfect setting for technology entrepreneurship and bridges the gap between North American iGaming and digital transformation.
