888Poker will sponsor the proposed 120 hours non-stop cash game festival in Aspers Casino, and Malta will be the second destination after this one.

888Poker will be amongst the sponsors for the upcoming 120-hour cash game festival. All the action will emanate from the card room at Aspers Casino, Stratford.

Cash Game Festival: 888Poker Added as Sponsors; Malta Event PlannedThe second largest online poker room in the world made the announcement earlier today. They will join the likes of OlyBet, NordicBet and Guts.com.

Earlier this month 888Poker announced a 12-month deal with the Aspers Casino Poker Room ensuring their branding covers up the wood chip wallpaper, so this alliance makes perfect sense.

The event will run March 30 through April 3. It will be five days, and 120 hours of non-stop cash game action. There has never been anything like this in the UK before, but the organisers have held two previous events of this magnitude in the beautiful city of Tallinn in Estonia.

Organiser Martin “Franke” von Zweigbergk told the press that the UK festival is one of four stops planned for Europe this side of 2016. They are expecting over 3,000 players from 50 different countries to grace the 888 sponsored poker room. The next stop after London will be Malta 8-12 June. The other two stops are being kept a secret for now.

Players can book their seat in advance by clicking here.

The organisers promise to host any game you wish to play, but the menu at the moment looks like this:

• Pot-Limit Omaha – £1/£3, £2/£5, £5/£10 & £10/£25

• No-Limit Texas Hold’em – £1/£2, £1/£3, £2/£5, £5/£10, £10/£25 & £25/£50

• Dealers Choice (9 Games) – £1/£3, £2/£5 & £5/£10

• Sviten Special – £1/£2 & £2/£5

• Six-Plus Hold’em – £1/£2 & £2/£5

Players who can’t make the event but would like to keep tabs on the action are also in luck. Broadcast powerhouse Twitch will host a live stream, or you can stay abreast of the action through a live updates blog.

Media partners for the event include Grinders.org, HDPokerStream, Poker.se, and Ranking Hero.
