International Game Technology (IGT) has signed an agreement that will see the creation of instant win and scratch card games based on some their most reputable brands. The sub-license agreement with NeoGames allows the latter mentioned company to develop online instant win scratch cards with the first one, IGT’s popular Monopoly Riches brand. Gideon Bierer, Executive Vice President of interactive at IGT, said, “Taking the brands we work with to a wider audience is a great opportunity for IGT, NeoGames and their players. We have worked closely with NeoGames to ensure that Monopoly Riches online instant win game provide players with the universally recognized excitement that the Monopoly brand delivers.”

Iceland’s National Lottery has selected a partner to power their mobile offering. Operator Íslensk Getspá has signed the deal with Betware that will see the software developer launch a mobile solution to offer Lotto and Viking Lotto via smart phones. “The advancement of mobile technology opens up new opportunities that go beyond ordinary phone services,” said Betware CEO Stefan Hrafnkelsson. “Betware’s strategy is based upon supporting our customers by offering their players top class products that follow the latest market trends and open new opportunities. We are very proud to offer this solution for Íslensk Getspá and are confident it will increase its Lotto sales.”
