partygaming-court-caseIf you’re into rumors, J Todd drops a doozy. The rumor is that PartyGaming is coming back to the United States. Rumor has it that PartyGaming will return to the US as the software provider for one or two major Las Vegas casinos which will enable them to provide online gambling for US residents, if and when, it is regulated. Keep in mind, this is still just a rumor, but it does make a lot of sense.

J Todd raises some key questions about what will happen if PartyGaming did return, for example: What will happen their old affiliate agreements? Will these Vegas casinos just soak up their old players? If the rumor is true, let’s hope some of these answers are forthcoming.

This week’s episode concludes in classic style with a musical tribute to one of the online gambling industry’s biggest opponents, Jon Kyl. Kyl recently announced that he would not be running for another term in office and would be stepping down after this term. Kyl was relentless in his attacks against the industry, and with him stepping out of the picture, what does this mean for the US online gambling?

It just wouldn’t be right to let him leave without a proper send off. We bid you farewell Kyl, goodbye and don’t let the door hit you on the way out!
