It didn’t seem possible to be able to top last year’s awards, but with a new venue, and comedian Jack Whitehall as the host, the sixth annual EGR Awards are guaranteed to be the best ever. These prestigious awards recognize the outstanding achievements of the industry and reward companies who have been innovative, creative and really pushed the boundaries over the past year. Entries are judged by independent panel of experts from across the industry.
Two new Awards announced for 2010
This year two new awards will be introduced through the EGR Operator Awards categories for 2010 – Best Website. Awards will be given for Performance and Best Mobile Performance. These Awards will be judged by Gomez, who will use their network of real life users from across Europe to test the performance and availability of the websites and mobile platforms of the shortlisted companies.
After the show, attendees will have their opportunity to put on a show of their own by putting their poker skills to the test. This is where the smack talk ends, and it’s time to put up or shut-up. Ongame will be hosting a live poker tournament at the Awards after party, with players having the chance to win VIP tickets to a number of major European football matches. Everyone attending the Awards will have the opportunity to show off their skills, and compete to win a fantastic trip to see either a Real Madrid or Bayern Munich game. So bring your ‘A’ game!
