Five in a row for The Weather Lottery

Auto Draft In the UK, leading fundraising firm The Weather Lottery has announced a fifth contract win for its FCBetz.com online gaming brand following the addition of Championship soccer team Middlesbrough.

The Doncaster-based company raises funds for non-profit organisations such as sports clubs, schools and universities and will now provide a full package of online gaming products to Middlesbrough in addition to operating a lottery for the club under its FC Lotto created especially for the football market.

The multi-year contract follows the initial signings of fellow second-tier sides Leicester City, Coventry City and Derby County alongside League One team Sheffield Wednesday.

“Middlesbrough is known as a well run and ambitious club,” said said Tim Razzall, Chairman for The Weather Lottery.

“The club has an important place in the community and attracts considerable and very loyal support. In signing this contract, The Weather Lottery is, I believe, establishing an important presence in the market.”
