Donald Trump has spent a lot of time in courtrooms, most recently arguing that even if Carl Icahn’s attempt to take control of Trump Entertainment Resorts’ three Atlantic City casinos proved successful, continued use of Der Donald’s name wouldn’t be part of the deal. Fortunately for Mr. Combover, the court has awarded control of the casinos to Trump and his new hedge fund suckers, er, backers. The celebration was likely muted by the news that Trump’s three AC properties were among the worst performers in a poorly-performing market, but hey, this just gives his reality show more excuses to fire people, right?
