It seems that fine wine, women and song doesn’t quite cut it for Ladbrokes, who has decided to pull out of Italy – pronto. The Magic Sign has flogged its loss-making chain of Italian betting shops to an affiliate of Italian gaming and betting business Cogetech, one of Italy’s leading online and land-based operators, for €5.25 million.
