Back in February, Steve Wynn reflected on his company’s Macau-profits/Vegas-losses schism by saying “Thank God for being outside the United States today.” Well, Steve must be giving extra thanks to God today after announcing that Wynn Resorts Ltd. is pulling out of its proposed Philadelphia casino development. In November, Wynn pulled out of the bidding to redevelop the Aqueduct Racetrack in New York. One imagines our frustrated Steve’s next move will be to pull out what’s left of his hair. Read more.
