These mergers are great for the rest of the industry. They are super distracting to the parties involved and at the end of the day they actually create more room for the smaller companies to grow into. Anyone that thinks this is bad for smaller companies does not understand this industry. We are not a standards based industry like operating systems…we are taste based.

This “lemming like” urge to merge, is also another symptom of the Public company disease. You notice how you do not often hear of Private companies in our industry wasting time on this…another advantage of being private.

At some point Party actually have to put pen to paper too – every single merger/buy-out/acquisition rumour centres around Party but so far nothing.

    All fart & no shit?
