Delaware continues to have a golden streak of iGaming revenue fortunes after a fourth straight revenue record, and sixth consecutive month on the ascent in the Diamond State.
Has someone created a video lottery slot machine featuring naked pictures of Beyonce, Rihanna, and Dolly Castro and dumped a few off at the three racinos in Delaware, because revenue numbers in the video lottery department are through the roof.
For the sixth consecutive month iGaming income in The Diamond State has continued its ascent, and it’s the fourth straight record month.
Delaware Total iGaming Revenue
June – $304,874.30
May – $282,112.30
April – $267,801.30
March – $260,539.30
February – $229,789.82
January – $190,829.29
December – $180,109.82
$304,874.30 is a remarkable 180% increase year-on-year ($108,692.41).
As alluded to in the opening remarks it’s the increase in video lottery action across the board that’s the primary reason. June’s revenue haul of $185,865.96 is the second highest month ever behind May’s haul of $187,547.64 and a 340% increase year-on-year ($42,205.30).
Table games came in at $82,697.39, the third highest month of the year, and a 152% increase year-on-year ($32,811.98). Poker’s $36,310.95 was also the third highest month of the year, and an 18% increase year-on-year ($30,675.13).
Of the three racinos it was Delaware Park that contributed the maximum return with $156,939.90 in revenue, a record haul for the site. It was in part due to record video lottery sales of $81,949.78. Dover Downs earned their second-highest total of the year. June’s $108,693.24 lagged slightly behind the $118,182.18 collected in May, and once again it was a record video lottery amount ($86,869.92), that made all the difference.
Finally, Harrington’s $50,164.36 haul was their highest of the year, and it was a clean sweep with video lottery revenue hitting an all-time high of $36,474.35.
