Ladbrokes and Metro Play Casino ink deals to showcase the very best games from the Swedish games developer Net Entertainment; and it’s more likely to see zombies roaming the streets on Christmas Day than Crystal Palace winning the Premier League.
The Swedish games developer Net Entertainment have added Ladbrokes and Metro Play Casino to their list of outlets that showcase their top of the range selection of games.
The deal between Net Entertainment and Ladbrokes will begin on mobile before advancing to the desktop in the near future. An initial selection of mobile Touch games will be made available across all mobile devices with more planned to follow in a phased roll out approach.
“Ladbrokes is one of the world’s leading betting and gaming enterprises and we are very pleased that our close cooperation to secure the efficient integration and commercial launch of a selection of our best of breed online casino games has been so successful,” commented Björn Krantz, Chief of GMO and MD Net Entertainment Malta Ltd. “Over the past year we have increased our presence in the UK market to continue our strategy of developing solid and long-term business growth alongside our global gaming partners.”
Metro Play Casino is one of the newest online casinos to emerge from the UK market. Jamie Walters, MD at Metro Play, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Net Entertainment, one of the leading suppliers in the gaming market. At Metro Play we’re always looking to have the best content in the market and this new partnership adds to our fantastic range of existing content partners.”
Metro Play Casino also has games from Microgaming, IGT and Play’ n Go, and rumors are abound that they are also working hard at obtaining a sports book offering for their customers.
Bloody Christmas
Whilst some of us are dreaming of a white Christmas, there are some in Ladbrokes towers that are dreaming of a bloody one.
Fans of the Walking Dead will be happy to hear that Lads are offering 2,000/1 that there will be a Zombie Apocalypse on Christmas Day, which apparently, is more likely than Crystal Palace winning the English Premier League at 5,000/1.
Zombie expert and author of the Haynes Zombie Survival Manual Sean Page told the Metro News “‘The public are always interested in the odds of a white Christmas, but they should be more concerned by the increasing likelihood of a zombie apocalypse
‘The most likely time for an outbreak is during the busy festive season as people spend more time in large groups, making it easier for the zombie virus to spread, triggering the apocalypse.’
In more sensible news Lads are offering 5/1 that the streets of the UK will be lined with snow, and not blood, as predicted by Mr. Page.
