Codere Italia, a society belonging to the Spanish gaming group Codere, has made a strong move to increase their presence in the Italian gaming market with the acquisition of 75% of the Italian company, Gaming Service.
Gaming Service operates in the sector of recreational machines with venue in Formello, Rome, under the management of Giovanni Gargelli. Under Gargelli, the company has expanded through its 1,235 machines placed a 95% in bars, encompassing a wide territory including Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna and Lacio.
Alejandro Pascual, CEO of Codere in Italy said in the press release,“…Gaming Service profile fully corresponds to Codere… both for its expanded presence in the territory and its strength and professionalism of its team work… Gaming Service is a serious company, interested in sharing an operational plan of long-term development.”
Pascual also added, “Codere growth in Italy will continue through new agreements with professional companies in the sector. Professionalism in this field cannot be improvised.”
Gaming Service’s, Giovanni Gargelli, added in the release, “The agreement recently reached with Codere represents a great support for our company in order to achieve the goals we have set.
