CalvinAyre.com’s Becky Liggero spoke to LeoVegas’ Giacomo Bettoni on his company’s strengths as a partner of affiliates, as well as their plans for the future.
LeoVegas Head of Affiliates Giacomo Bettoni believes that the company stands out primarily because “we have an amazing customer retention management team.” And this results in their affiliates’ loyalty.
“We are able to get the best possible value out of the users. That’s why the affiliates love us. That’s why they keep on promoting us even though we’ve been five years going and going strong,” Bettoni said at the sidelines of the Lisbon Affiliate Conference in Lisbon, Portugal, last October.
Although it was his first time in the Portuguese capital, Bettoni was quick to praise it as a location for the conference. He said, “I’m really impressed. Of course, we didn’t know, we were a bit uncertain, but we have very good vibes coming from our affiliates, so I think it has been confirmed. It’s an amazing show.”
He encouraged affiliates to connect with LeoVegas, saying, “We’ve got the best affiliate managers in the industry. Some of the best, let’s put it this way… LeoVegas is known, everybody knows LeoVegas, and it’s a brand that everybody trusts.”
Bettoni said the company was now creating an app for its affiliates to use. “We are mobile, so if we don’t have an app for affiliates, [it’s] a bit strange for me, so that’s what we’re trying to do now. We’re going to have an app for affiliates specifically, so B2B.”
The mobile casino operator has been exploring new markets, including Spain, where it is set to launch in the first quarter of 2019. “We’re trying to strengthen our position on the markets that we haven’t been very good at. So, Germany is one of them. There’s other markets coming up, so, yeah it’s going to be interesting. it’s going to be a very interesting year,” he added.
