Under the agreement, Inspired will distribute a number of H5G titles across video lottery terminals, online and mobile channels via its remote gaming server Virgo.

“Inspired is committed to supplying its customers with the best content on the market. We identified that High 5 Games had a number of games that complemented our current portfolio, so it made strategic sense to partner together,” said CEO of Inspired Gaming Luke Alvarez.

“It really is a win-win for both parties – it enhances our offering and enables H5G to expand its footprint,” Alvarez added.

“With this new partnership H5G’s content continues to penetrate new markets and territories.” H5G Chief Operating Officer Med Nadooshan commented. “As a leader in the convergence landscape we are wholly focused on giving players full access to our content portfolio in all gaming venues whenever or however they choose.”

NEXTGEN INKS LIGHTNING BOX
NextGen Gaming, the Sydney-based slots development subsidiary of NYX Gaming Group, has also signed a deal to develop new online slot content with land-based games developer Lightning Box Games.

Lightning Box Games will help NextGen to develop a series of games on NextGen’s Game Deployment Module (GDM) platform, which will be launched across NYX’x distribution network, including clients using its Open Games System (OGS) remote games server.

Dolphin Gold, the first title to be launched through the partnership, is expected to be released in both Flash and HTML5 formats during the first quarter.

“We are excited to take our 21 years of land based gaming experience online with our highly esteemed new partners, and for our games to extend their reach into the e-gaming world with NYX Gaming Group,” Lightning Box Managing Director Peter Causley said.

NYX’s commercial Director David Johnson called the partnership a diversification of the company’s product. “Development involved both the game studio and delivery aspects of our group business. The result provides our newest partners a huge advantage in getting their popular land based games to online, mobile and social players through NYX Gaming Group’s extensive distribution network.”

NYX has also rolled out its first online scratch cards for all OGS customers, which are based on some of NextGen’s most popular slots such as Foxin’ Wins, Doctor Love and Merlin’s Millions Superbet.

The new options will be made available across all operators using the NYX OGS platform and they represent the start of a new category that is sure to see more games being added over the upcoming years.

According to Johnson, the new products were designed to be perfect for handset play as the company has showed a lot of interest in the mobile sector.

“We are delighted to launch our initial range of scratch cards to the wider market via NYX OGS,” Johnson said. “With this new product stream perfect for instant handset play, operators have another product set at their disposal using proven, recognizable, proprietary NYX Gaming Group IP.”

“We are committed to a roadmap of further scratch card titles which will widen the funnel of operator acquisition and conversion, whilst providing a fun and profitable alternative to our classic slots,” Johnson added.
