The bearded wonder worked up to those guns by spending considerable time in the art of ‘porn star throwing’, and who knows, after the recent media attention it could become an Olympic sport.
The Instagram superstar has once again created a viral masterpiece, after a friend filmed him hurling Janice Griffiths off a 30ft roof. Fortunately, for the young porn star there was a swimming pool underneath said roof; unfortunately a last minute attempt to grab hold of Bilzerian’s t-shirt meant his aim was slightly off and she broke her foot on the side of the pool.
Ouch!
The incident occurred during a photo shoot for Hustle magazine, and Bilzerian’s legal team believe Ms. Griffiths is attempting a hustle of her own by trying to sue Bilzerian over the incident.
Correspondence leaked to the celebrity news outlet TMZ revealed that Bilzerian’s legal team has a sense of humor just like his own, when they told Griffiths lawyers, “Like your clientele, the facts of the claim won’t quite fly.”
The $100m man’s legal team followed up that little beauty with this:
“Maybe your client’s theory is that Mr. Bilzerian negligently violated the established standard of reasonable care for one who throws a porn actor off a roof into a pool during a photo shoot for an adult magazine.”
“I broke my foot today.” Griffiths wrote on Twitter.
Bilzerian wasn’t in the mood to take responsibility for the fact that Griffiths labia didn’t open up at the right moment to enable her to float down to the pool unharmed, when he retweeted a message that said:
“’Dan Bilzerian was almost murdered by a naked female that tried to pull him off a rooftop hahaha good thing he’s part hulk.’
