The World Poker Tour (WPT) has announced that WPT Caribbean will be the 12th Season XII tour stop to be televised when the action kicks off on the beautiful island of St Maarten on Nov 19.

The event, which is sponsored by ClubWPT.com, will be filmed for broadcast on FOX Sports Network, something that delights the WPT President Adam Pliska.

“World Poker Tour is always looking for ways to give our players experiences they won’t find anywhere else. That’s why we love events like WPT Caribbean which combines a world class poker tournament with a beautiful location, and enables us to highlight all the amazing experiences our players have both on and off the felt.”

The WPT Main Event is a $3,500 re-entry event with two starting flights operating between Nov 19-24, and it’s a great time for poker players to get their pasty white bodies into the sunshine, as the WPT event will take place in the middle of the Caribbean Poker Tour organized by ICU events, and sponsored by William Hill Poker.

The Caribbean Poker Tour operates 8th Nov – 24 Nov and hosts a variety of tournaments on the islands of Punta Cana and St Maartens.
