Ayr United announce continued sponsorship from Bodog as Rangers join the Division

As Rangers attempt to climb the Scottish League back to the summit they see a few obstacles in their way for the coming season. Ayr United announce continued sponsorship from Bodog as Rangers join the DivisionIn addition to these changes they have also re-signed shirt sponsor, Bodog, the online gaming brand, for a 3rd consecutive year.

Calvin Ayre, founder of the Bodog brand, currently fasting on a strict diet of wakeboarding, girls and cocktails in Antigua, stated: “As a rule I’m a frugal kind of guy but I do allow myself the occasional indulgence and this sponsorship has given me enormous pleasure over the years. Any Ayr supporter will tell you it isn’t easy being one of The Honest Men but now Rangers have finally made it up to our level I feel sure this will spur us on to a great season.”

Hugh Cameron, Commercial Director at Ayr United, added: “The backing Calvin and the Bodog brand have given the club over the years has been great for us. Those play-off spots look wide open this year and we hope to be there in the mix. We also had great success in both Cups recently and I can see no reason why we can’t put another run together this season”
