This year’s Barcelona Affiliate Conference is fast approaching as the iGaming industry prepares to decamp to the Spanish coastal city from October 11-14. As with every iGaming Business event affiliates go FREE of charge and with it comes the usual mix of partying, conference sessions, drinkin’, networking, and maybe even a little sleepin’ (if you’re lucky!)
2012 is a little different at BAC with iGB Espana, last year out on its own, joining the family and providing insight into the Spanish in a language more familiar with the Iberian peninsular. It will also be extremely useful to any non-Spanish based firms, as it will help you to reach over 400 million Hispanic speaking customers.
iGB Espana is just the side show though.
BAC itself will deliver its best line-up of speakers yet and, as we mentioned earlier, you don’t have to pay a penny for the privilege. Personalities from companies including London Capital Group, Google, EasyOdds.com, Mediacom, Plumbee, 12Bet and Income Access will be making sure you have to best rounded view of the affiliate business ever.
After using day one to register, the action starts for real on day two. The day is split into two separate tracks with Online Marketing & Acquisition in one room and New Markets & Opportunities in the other. If you choose to focus on the former you can expect to hear how to run effective affiliate campaigns using mobile and a large proportion of the day spent discussing a subject close to the hearts of all affiliates – search engine optimization (SEO).
In the meantime, Room Two will look at the oft-talked-about US market, touch on the Spanish one and give over a large part of the day on how affiliates can take advantage of financial trading.
The following day, if your hangover can take it, sessions move onto various types of social gaming in the first room as well as looking at Google’s newest incarnation – Penguin. Room two concentrates on the Dutch, CIS and US markets as well as touching upon how to use video and payments as an acquisition technique.
Lastly, being in Barcelona means that you might, just might, be able to top up the tan at the same time as networking to your heart’s content.
So, if you haven’t yet registered, want access to 1,600+ gambling industry personalities and don’t want to pay a penny for it then what are you waiting for?! Head on over to the site, sign up now, and we’ll see you at the parties!
