Bet365 has launched its popular Watch and Bet service for mobile devices. The video-streaming product is now available across iOS and Android powered smart phones and it means customers can watch thousands of events on their mobile devices over the next year. Martin Davies, CTO at bet365, said: “We are taking mobile computing very seriously. There’s a similar excitement as 10 years ago, when we started to explore the full potential of the Internet.”
The service will be rolled out to tablets in 2012 with an offering that is fully tailored to take full advantage of the device capabilities.
eCOGRA has restructured its board following a management buyout earlier this year. Non-executive directors Michael Hirst OBE, Bill Galston OBE and Frank Catania will all leave the board by 31st December and be replaced by a new board. This will comprise CEO Andrew Beveridge and Tex Rees.
