OpenBet firms up customer verification security

openbet logoOnline gaming platform provider OpenBet has announced a partnership agreement with the customer verification specialists, Callcredit Information Group.

Under the agreement, Callcredit will offer OpenBet customers the option of accessing a fully-configurable anti-fraud and verification product direct from the OpenBet platform.

Customers of the Openbet platform, including: Betfair, William Hill, Ladbrokes and Sky Bet are sure to benefit from the the CallValidate tool from Callcredit which will allow OpenBet licensees to capture and validate customers’ names, addresses and date of birth details, whilst conducting a real-time check against bank and credit card providers’ records.

It’s an upgrade in security and its cutting edge.

OpenBet described the CallValidate tool as a system that detects and prevents fraud, meets anti-money laundering compliance regulations, reduces operational costs and increases consumer satisfaction.
