Terry Bell, after winning just $1, 581 in the 6/49 lottery is being investigated for having a sketchy lottery ticket. According to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, which regulates the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp, the process is mandatory because Mr. Bell is considered a “lottery insider” due to his job at Shoppers Drug Mart, where he sells lottery tickets to customers.
