There are many who have been very suspicious about the way the Miami Heat managed to land the best players in the NBA. The Toronto Raptors and the Cleveland Cavaliers will not be asking the NBA to file a tampering investigation but they may want a sour grapes fine levied against the Heat for taking their best players and leaving them with their thumbs up their butts.
