Organizers of the upcoming World Series of Poker (beginning May 27th) are brushing the lint off some 377(!) felt-covered tables at host venue Rio in Las Vegas. That number shouldn’t really be all that surprising, given that in the past five years the top prize has averaged what the winners of the Masters, Daytona 500, Wimbledon and the Kentucky Derby receive COMBINED. In other WSOP news, Harrah’s bigwigs aren’t commenting on rumors that the WSOP 2011 event might need to relocate if the Rio property is sold.
