PartyGaming Q1 revenues: casino up, poker down

PartyGamingLOGOPartyGaming’s first quarter of 2010 saw overall revenues up 27% over the same period last year, spurred on by a healthy 25% increase in its casino operations. Sports betting and bingo numbers were also in positive territory, but poker revenues were down by 11%, suggesting that the company’s decision to exit the U.S. market in 2006 has left its shareholders holding a shitty poker hand.
