It seems that the Sydney Roosters are not the only NRL team in hot water over PokerStars.net-Gate. The Cronulla Sharks have also been dragged into the affair, which has seen the Aussie authorities non-plussed with the Roosters for allowing PokerStars.net – a poker practice site – to sponsor their shirts. The Sharks have broken rules – the AFP think – by striking a deal to stage a series of poker tournaments in conjunction with PokerStars.net.
