Calvin Ayre’s Bodog gamble named third most crazy
A British site has released a list of the top ten craziest bets ever and who should pop up at number three, none other than Bodog Brand founder Calvin Ayre himself. The list is mainly populated by bets which haven’t paid off, including Phil Ivey’s $2million on the Super Bowl, whereas Calvin’s bet was of course a success after putting $10,000 into Bodog in 1994 and turning quite the profit from it.
