Convicted felons Mark Goodram and Jon-Ross Watson claimed last April that they have won a £4m scratch card jackpot. However, national Lottery operator Camelot refused to give them the money, citing the circumstances surrounding the purchase of the card. It was discovered that the winning card was bought through a debit card even though Goodram and Watson do not have bank accounts. Now, the owner of the card has surfaced to make his own claim on the jackpot. The duo is said to be working out a deal with the cardholder to split the jackpot.
