CalvinAyre.com Launch Party Ticket Contest
1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the Caption This! CalvinAyre.com Launch Party Ticket Contest promotion to be held between 14/4/10 and ending on 12/5/10. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media will conduct the promotion. The companies reserve the right to add and/or delete participating entries at any time.
2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules. CalvinAyre.com reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest at any time.
3. How to enter: Entrants must post their caption on the Caption This! Contest page of the CalvinAyre.com website by 12/5/10. Every entrant whose entry complies with these Conditions of Entry will get a their caption loaded onto the website and the CalvinAyre.com editorial staff and the readers will give input for their favourite. Each week during the contest the editorial staff will determine a winner. Entries must not contain anything which is deemed racially, ethnically, or which intrudes on the privacy of any person in any way or otherwise deemed offensive at the sole discretion of CalvinAyre.com. CalvinAyre.com reserves the right to not upload or to remove any entry for any reason.
4. Winners will receive 2 tickets to the CalvinAyre.com launch party only.
5. Winners must be available in Prague: Tuesday 25th May, 2010.
6. All travel/accommodations paid at winner’s own expense.
7. Entries must be submitted in the comments section of the contest post.
8. The decisions made will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The tickets are not redeemable for cash nor are they transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person’s behalf.
10. Employees of CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media – This promotion’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other partners and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
11. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media disclaims any responsibility for the inability to accept or attend the prize due to any reason, acts of God or otherwise. Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment.
12. To the extent permitted by law CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.
13. By participating, all winners grant CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
14. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media for the purpose of this promotion and entries may be used by CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.
15. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media reserve the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
16. No purchase is necessary to win.
17. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media have the right to change the Terms & Conditions of the competition at any time.
18. Entries must be submitted by Social Media profile (listed below the contest post) and a valid email address.
19. Entrants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws within the jurisdiction of the countries they reside.
20. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media (or our designees) will be entitled to use any or all of the material submitted by any entrant(s) for any purpose, and in any manner without compensation to the entrant(s), including for reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.
21. CalvinAyre.com and Nude Fish Media reserves the right to discontinue a promotion at any stage.
22. This contest is open to anyone over the age of 18 currently working in the iGaming industry.
