SNAI increases online custom; Win2day bringing new games to Belgium; Lotto24 looking for more agreements

snai win2day lotto24Italian operator SNAI saw revenues decrease in the first half of 2012 reflecting the continued uncertainty in the country’s sports betting market. Revenue for the period mentioned was €263.8 million – 7.4 percent lower than the €284.8 million last year. Horserace betting decreased by 33 percent due to a 40-day strike earlier this year. Luckily online gaming at the company increased to €449.3m for the period with VLTs also increasing to €431.4m for the period mentioned. If they continue to increase both the online and VLT play then it’s unlikely they suffer much more financial heartache.

Win2day.be have signed a deal to increase the product offering they can give Belgian customers. German lottery provider Lotto24 are hopeful they can reach further agreements in all German states. The firm, only recently spun off from Tipp24, is hoping to start operating in most German states during the next 12 months, according to an article on German site IT Times. They are, however, uncertain about the situation in Schleswig-Holstein and the legal situation for the country as a whole.
