wsop-world-series-of-poker-2012Eastern promise could be the order of the day at the World Series of Poker Event #13 as Russian Leonid Bilokur leads the way. He is already one of 2012’s biggest earners having taken down the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure High Roller back in January and is looking to add a WSOP gold bracelet to the EPT gong. The field was reduced from the 222 left going into day two to the 25 that will come back and first day leader Tom Cage is nowhere to be found after being blown outta the water by the rest of the field.

Chris Tryba is already a familiar face at this year’s WSOP and leads Event #15 as it enters the second day. Of the 212 that started out the $5,000 Seven Card Stud Hi-Low Split 8-or-Better, 137 remain with Phil Ivey still knocking about looking for a check with a stack of 40,100. That isn’t miles behind leader Tryba who at the close counted 63,600 chips.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late diva Whitney Houston, won’t face charges for underage gambling at one of the city’s casino resorts. A video posted by TMZ appeared to show the 19-year-old gambling in the MGM Resort Casino with 22-year-old boyfriend Nick Gordon. Police have now stated that the case has been dropped due to lack of evidence with Nevada Gambling Control Board, Deputy Chief David Salas telling TMZ: “We have completed our investigation and there is not enough evidence to support criminal charges. “We are going to close the case.”
