New Ontario Lotteries & Gaming Corp. chairman Paul Godfrey clearly wants it known that there’s a new sheriff in town. First, he dropped hints about making an offer to the provincial gov’t to take an ownership position in the corporation, now he’s talking about joining Quebec, BC and the Maritime provinces in offering coordinated online gambling products. At this rate, one half expects Godfrey to announce plans to install slot machines in the corporation’s washrooms, next to the hand driers. Read more.
