Manila, Philippines, July 12, 2017 – The Asian Poker Tour is set to host its next festival, the APT Philippines 2017, at the luxurious Winford Hotel & Casino in Manila, Philippines. This will be the APT’s first major poker event held at the newly erected five-star establishment. The nine-day event runs from July 19th-27th featuring a PHP 110,000 buy-in APT Main Event and17 highly crated APT signature side events.
The PHP 110,000 buy-in APT Main Event is the highlight tournament of the APT Philippines 2017. This is a deep-stacked No Limit Hold’em tournament with blinds increasing at a slow and steady sixty-minute pace. It is the most prestigious event offered, and it is the only event where you can win the exclusive APT Championship Ring. **There are three APT Main Event Satellites offered on the schedule
In addition to the main are the 17 highly popular mainstay APT side events with buy-ins ranging from PHP 7,700 – PHP 38,500. The High Rollers event offers the largest side event entry fee of PHP 215,000.
The Opening Event is one of the most popular events at any APT festival. It is the only tournament that extends a guarantee of PHP 1,500,000. As always, both starting flights are held on opening day, at 1pm and 5pm. Buy-in is PHP 11,000.

There are several events that offer the most affordable rate of PHP 7,700. These fun filled tournaments tend to be fast paced with lots of excitement. The list includes:

– Super Deep Stack Turbo – buy in at PHP 16,500

Side Events with buy-ins from PHP 27,500 – PHP 38,500
The next category of events carries deep structures with gradually increasing blinds. They tend to generate plumper prize pools than the lower range tournaments.
– Main Event Warm Up offers the same structure as the Main Event but with blinds increasing every 30 minutes – buy in at PHP 27,500
– No Limit Hold’em – buy in at PHP 27,500
– Monster Stack – buy in at PHP 38,500
