DAVID CAUCHI, HEAD OF COMPLIANCE – MDPA
David has nearly 15 years’ experience in data protection and has developed a high level of expertise in all aspects of the subject particularly in dealing with cross-border issues concerning the international transfer of data. David represents the MDPA at various EU data protection forums, and provides guidance and raises awareness on the subject to businesses and the general public alike.
David will be hosting a session titled ‘GDPR – Changes from the regulator’s perspective’ as well as taking part in one of the day’s panel sessions.
WILLIAM CHAMBERS, COMPLIANCE MANAGER – BETWAY
Will heads up the regulatory compliance team at Betway and is responsible for leading the company’s GDPR preparations. He has worked in gambling regulation and compliance for over seven years and has experience in implementing compliance programmes at range of companies from disruptive start-ups to industry leading multinationals.
David will share a case study on how major companies prepare for GDPR implementation, as well as chairing a panel discussion on the wider opportunities and obstacles posed by regulatory compliance over the next two years.
