3-Barrels of pure value including Samantha Abernathy biking from Las Vegas to LA without dying; Daniel Negreanu becoming an American citizen; and Mustapha Kanit winning the Sunday Million.
Back in February everyone was talking about the Dan Bilzerian bike bet after Bill Perkins challenged the man with dead hookers in his beard to ride his bike from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 48 hours. There was $600,000 on the line. It was a headline for sure. What many people don’t realize is the bet started after Bilzerian challenged Samantha Abernathy to bike from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in 72hrs without dying.
so @DanBilzerian just bet me 10k I cant bike from Vegas to LA in a 72hr timeframe without dying. Can I do it or nah?

Abernathy has completed her challenge. She didn’t die. Looking like something out of Burning Man, battling the sore bum thing, gale force winds, cold temperatures, baking hot temperatures, and producing some cool footage via Periscope and Twitter, the whole thing looked like a blast.
over 320 miles and a giant storm later… I’M ALIVE….. AND I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pic.twitter.com/XMcQKtFZBW — Bambi (@SamAbernathyy) March 13, 2016
Over to You Dan
With Abernathy in the black, it’s the turn of King Dan to get those balls banging.
He has a little help.
Shoutout to @lancearmstrong for flying in to help me train for my ride LA-Vegas in 48 hours pic.twitter.com/2HJ0OjuBKu

Daniel Negreanu Becomes an American Citizen Daniel Negreanu has become an American citizen and immediately turned his attention to the presidential candidacy by declaring his intention to vote against Donald Trump in the presidential elections come November.
Took the oath today. Officially a US Citizen and will be voting in November to keep Trump out of… https://t.co/dNSgX5xJgi — Daniel Negreanu (@RealKidPoker) March 12, 2016
102 people gathered for a special ceremony at Red Rock Canyon over the weekend. They came from all over the world including China, Mexico, Russia, Canada and Zimbabwe.
Mexico.
Donald Trump won’t like that.
I will continue to speak out against the violence and racist, bigoted, vitriol encourage by Donald Trump. This is serious. It’s not a joke.

I don’t want to see race relations devolve in this country. I don’t want to see relations with Mexico hurt. — Daniel Negreanu (@RealKidPoker) March 12, 2016
I think any likelihood that Donald Trump is going to send Daniel Negreanu a photograph of his love truncheon has just died.
Mustapha Kanit Wins the Sunday Million
There is a 2+2 thread carrying the title “Is Mustapha Kanit Real?”
Phil Hellmuth didn’t know who the hell he was during the Global Poker League (GPL) draft, but the team managers certainly did. All bets were off. He was going to be the first person picked, and he was.
The Italian waltzed into the draft on the back of victory in the €25,750 High Roller at the European Poker Tour (EPT) Dublin for €501,640. In January, he finished fourth in the $100,000 Aussie Millions Challenge for roughly the same amount.
In total, Kanit has won over $6m playing live tournaments. Nobody in Italian poker has won more, and that includes his Rome Emperors Team Manager Max Pescatori. He won $1.5m in 2014 and $2.3m in 2015. He was also a member of the Italian side that won the inaugural GPI World Cup of Poker.
One of the reasons Kanit is a top pick for the GPL is his adaptability. He cleans up playing online with the same verve and swagger as he does live. He has won more than $4.2m playing as ‘lasagnaaammm’, ‘potta_x_potta’ and ‘mustacchione’
In 2015, Kanit won a $2,100 No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE) Turbo title at the Spring Championships of Online Poker (SCOOP), and also took down the Full Tilt Poker Series (FTOPS) Main Event.
Two weeks ago he won the Sunday Supersonic on PokerStars for just shy of $50,000, and this Sunday he has walked away with the top prize of $177,229.79 after defeating 5,717 entrants in the PokerStars Sunday Million.
No.
He can’t be real.
