In one of my previous Tips of the week, I mentioned SERPwoo. It’s back, but this time I want to explain how useful it is for online reputation management.By flagging up negative or positive content around your brand phrases, you can track positive or negative content around your brand phrases. This means you can track your reputation progress on Google.
Tip: in SERPwoo, you can tag search results in different colours, for instance good things in green, negative content in red and neutral content in grey.
Tip: a good rule of thumb for classifying content is to think of this: “would I buy based on what I see?”. Just because you say you’re good, doesn’t mean other people will believe you…
