Getting ready for ICE Totally Gaming

ICE-2013-think-bigICE Totally Gaming is scheduled to open its doors in a few days and if you haven’t made your preparations yet for the three-day festival from the 5th to the 7th of February, here’s your chance to get up-to-speed with what you need to do to make the most out of your time in London. We’re not auditioning to be anybody’s tour guide; we’re just here to give you the heads-up on what to expect and what to look out for during ICE Totally Gaming.

First thing’s first: spare yourself all the potential hassle and register for free entry to ICE Totally Gaming beforehand. You wouldn’t want to be that guy (or girl) who forgets to register before the event and immediately add some worries to your time in London. Just hop on over to the ICE Totally Gaming website, complete your details, and you’re all set. It won’t take more than sipping a cup of tea to get it done so better get to it. As soon as you hit the ExCel on the 5th, you can print off your badge and you’re ready to walk straight into arguably one of the biggest expos on the gaming industry calendar.

Here’s another benefit of registering early: before the expo even starts, you’ll get a chance to receive briefings from the organizers of ICE, allowing you to be fully briefed on what to expect for the entire three-day expo.

Once you’ve registered, you can start mapping out your itinerary for the entire duration of the event. Creating a schedule not only allows you to make efficient use of your time, but also gives you a chance to network with your industry peers without having to worry about potential time ramifications. Remember, ICE Totally Gaming isn’t all about the conferences and the seminars; it’s also an opportunity to rub elbows with your fellow colleagues. Make sure you have time for both!

Speaking of having time for something, don’t forget that ICE Totally Gaming will also have a host of companies that will be on hand to showcase their newest products at the yearly exhibition. This year will be no different, and days ahead of the expo’s opening, there are already a host of companies that are scheduled to debut their new products! Be on the look out for them and the rest of the exhibitors.

No iGaming expo is complete without a party to look forward to. This year, the Official ICE Party will be the only place to be on the 6th of February. Be sure that when you register, be sure to apply for your complimentary ticket to the Official ICE Party at Building 6 at the O2 Arena, just across the river Thames from the ICE venue at ExCeL. The party will no doubt be one for the books and if there’s any hint on the ‘circus’ theme of the party, then expect nothing short than a blast of an event.
