Centrebet sponsors St Kilda Football Club

Aside from the NFL, in my opinion there’s just not many sports out there that rival the physical bang for your buck that Aussie rules football provides. The game is exciting and deliciously rough. Centrebet has managed capture lightning in a bottle with their newest sponsorship deal with the St Kilda Football Club.

Centrebet has signed a three sponsorship with the Aussie rules football club that includes provisions for advertising and hospitality as well as the all important logo placement on the team’s jerseys.

For Centrebet, it’s yet another expansion into Australian sports, as just a few short weeks ago, the company signed a three year agreement with the New South Wales Greyhound Breeders, Owners and Trainers Association.

“Centrebet is at the forefront of their industry and we are extremely pleased to welcome them to the Saints,” said St Kilda General Manager of Sponsorship and Sales, Glenn Tanner.

“This is an exciting deal, and breaks new ground for Centrebet,” said Centrebet’s media chief Neil Evans. “It’s the biggest footballing deal of any code we have done in this country and we hope it provides the springboard for the mighty Saints in 2011.”

Centrebet has certainly been busy wheeling and dealing as of late as the company continues to push towards its goal of doubling its market share by 2015.
