Australia’s Two Way Interactive Entertainment has bolstered its TAB Interactive TV betting service offering in a major way that is sure to please its customer base. Two Way enhanced its offering by the addition of fixed odds race betting which will be made available from Australia’s betting giant Tabcorp.
Previously, Two Way customers were able to place all forms of tote odds bets offered by Tabcorp, including simple Win and Place bets, as well as all forms of exotic bets like Trifectas, First 4 and BIG6 wagers. Now with the enhanced offering, customers can now place all forms of fixed odds bets offered by Tabcorp on racing events. In addition, customers will be able to switch between tote odds and fixed odds, and compare the odds available through the two forms of betting on Win bets. These options will be made available and delivered using the remote-control offered by Two Way’s TV betting technology.
Adding fixed odds race betting should help with growth in overall wagering turnover and the timing couldn’t be better. The new line of fixed odds betting is expected to be implemented by next year February, which is just in time for one of the major racing events of the year, the Autumn Racing Carnival.
