A Jersey man in typical Jersey fashion is trying to come up by suing the Mets and Major League Baseball for injuries he sustained from a broken bat while watching a game three years ago. Let’s hope this guy get his case thrown back into his broken face, otherwise every single person who has ever been hit by a golf ball, baseball, hockey puck or stick or basketball will start coming out of the woodwork with a lawsuit.
