Interesting take by this Las Vegas Weekly writer on Steve Wynn’s much publicized suggestion/threat to move his company’s headquarters to Macau. According to Steve Friess, the potential move east is not because Macau is the jurisdiction that brings Wynn shareholders the most profit, but because President Obama isn’t in charge over there. Personally, we find this notion a bit suspect, but we’ll rethink our position if Wynn suddenly announces a new resort casino named Wynn Palin. Read more.
